Bristol Ramp Antics 2026 @ The Bearpit

We’re less than a week out until the big one. Join us at The Bearpit (St James Barton Roundabout, Bristol, BS1 3LY) in the centre of Bristol on Saturday 1st August from 11am-4pm, where we'll be taking our pop up skatepark for a packed day of skate lessons, open sessions and skate jams.

We’ll kick off the day with free skateboard lessons for beginners to get help from Skateboard GB qualified tutors, and we’ll bring down all the equipment needed for those who don’t have their own yet. (Minimum age for lessons is 7 years old). Later in the day, we’ll be putting on a jam for everyone to have a chance to win a bunch of prizes from our sponsors. This time out at The Bearpit, we’re taking it to another level with new obstacles and the showstopping ender: The Nike SB Bump to Bar Challenge, where we have a tonne of Nike SB skate shoes to giveaway for tricks put down on our Nike SB-branded bump to bar.

We chose The Bearpit for this year’s Ramp Antics as, in addition to its being in the centre of town, it is one of Bristol’s long-loved skate spots that is in need of a hell of a lot of TLC. We wanted to shed some light on the area and give it a boost to encourage skate life to thrive there again.
