Bristol Ramp Antics 2026 @ The Bear Pit

Summer is well and truly upon us, and that means it is time again for Ramp Antics. Join us at the Bear Pit in the centre of Bristol on Saturday 1st August from 11am-4pm, where we'll be taking our pop up skatepark for a packed day of skate lessons, open sessions and skate jams.

In association with Nike SB, Ramp Antics brings a portable skate park to places that need a permanent one. It encourages people to learn to skate for the very first time with free lessons and equipment. Later in the day, there is a chance seasoned skaters rip and win the prizes our sponsors donate to each event. This time out at Bear Pit, we’re taking it to another level with the showstopping ender: The Nike SB Bump to Bar Challenge, where we have a tonne of Nike SB skate shoes to giveaway for tricks put down on our Nike SB-branded bump to bar.

We chose Bear Pit for this year’s Ramp Antics as, in addition to its being in the centre of town, it is one of Bristol’s long-loved skate spots that is in need of a hell of a lot of TLC. We wanted to shed some light on the area and give it a boost to encourage skate life to thrive there again.
