Go Skateboarding Day 2026 is fast approaching, so it's time for us to let you know about our plans for this year's celebrations.

When is Go Skateboarding Day 2026?

Go Skateboarding Day 2026 takes place on Sunday 21st June. Every Route One store will be closing their doors and heading to their local skate park for a skate and a chill on Sunday 21st June (unless you're in Bristol and Edinburgh which will take place on Saturday 20th). We'll have over £500 worth of prizes to give away at every location, so roll through and help us celebrate this year's GSD.

Where to go for Go Skateboarding Day 2026

Looking for somewhere to skate on Go Skateboarding Day 2026? Route One will be hosting local GSD meet-ups in Bath, Bristol, Brighton, Southampton, Oxford, Liverpool, Glasgow, London and Edinburgh.
Each event is free to attend.

Bath Victoria Park 2pm - 6pm
Bristol Shredenhams 1pm - 3pm
Brighton Hove Lagoon 12pm - 4pm
Southampton Romsey Skatepark 2pm - 5pm
Oxford Oxford Wheels Project 11am - 5pm+
Liverpool Otterspool Skatepark 12pm - 4pm
Glasgow Transport Museum 11am - 6pm
London Finsbury Park 2pm - 5pm
Edinburgh Saughton Skatepark 1pm - 5pm

What to expect at Route One’s Go Skateboarding Day events

Go Skateboarding Day is all about skating with your mates and getting involved with the local skate scene. Whether you’re there to skate or just watch the carnage, everyone’s welcome. And as always, there will be prizes for the best tricks landed - with over £500 worth up for grabs.
