Tom Asta 'Right To Exist'

Dec 2017 by Route One

We've shared a few parts from Santa Cruz' online serialisation of their latest vid 'Right to Exist' and with good reason, it's a proper bobby dazzler! The latest section to see the light of day is that belonging to Tom Asta and the young technical genius does not disappoint in his first full section since 2015's '1947.'

Whilst a number of his Santa Cruz brethren definitely fall onto the hesh side of the spectrum, Tom's streetstyle approach is as near perfect an example of flip in-flip out technicality as you're likely to find. Night time Love Park lines of near impossible difficulty turn into high speed combos high in the hills of San Francisco, all the while beautifully executed in the way only he can.

When he left Mystery and Black Box under a cloud of ambiguity a few years ago, it's safe to say many people thought his best years were behind him. We can say with full certainty that he's made his doubters well and truly eat their words with this part and we're thrilled to be sharing it with you now.

You know where the play button is and you know what to do, get yourself some of that top notch flip in-flip out stuff!
